If the game is your first developer experience, it is best to focus on either harem + possible incest or completely on NTR

Harem and NTR games are sort of an oxymoron. IRL the two types of people that are into these kinks are so much more different than the other. Don't see the logic in trying to mix the two.
It doesn't matter whether it is possible to avoid NTR or not, what's the point of spending money on a harem game and getting a piece of the game instead of the whole one.

This is a game of choices, so tags like Ntr and incest are optional, they don't change the main story.

NTR does not involve the main characters. It only appears in side stories, such as when an allied girl decides to betray the protagonist out of fear and join a rival gang. The player can decide to start a war against this gang or ignore the situation.
Just be careful dangling the NTR carrot to that fanbase. Once you give them one scene then they're going to want more and more with other characters which is why this never ends well for Devs trying to pander to everyone.

If I have to put my money into a game I want it in its entirety without skipping a part I paid for but don't care to see. At this point get paid by NTR lovers. At least I'm saving money with this game, lol.
